This character is Shirley's original interpretation of a Northern Canadian Santa. He has a rustic appeal suitable for casual country settings. Although he is usually dressed in a burlap robe, you may choose any fabric you wish. He can carry either skis or snowshoes on his back. His vest and cap are created from a natural rabbit pelt and toys are attached to a cord strung over his shoulder. A little fawn, held in his arm, and a red cardinal usually accompany him.
